1. General

This user agreement (hereinafter referred to as"The agreement") applies to all users, both registered and unregistered, of video editing software and related services provided by Daily Reel. Daily Reel is a video editing, creation and sharing software.

This agreement applies to all users of the Daily Reel service and users must comply with all terms and conditions of this agreement when using the service.

Daily Reel provides video editing tools and features, including but not limited to editing, adding text, adjusting speed, and audio editing, to help users create and share high-quality video content.
2. User Registration and account management
2.1 eligibility for registration
Users must be aged 18 or above, or with the consent of their parents or legal guardians. If the user is under the age of 18, the service must be used under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

Users must provide true, accurate and complete information at the time of registration and keep it up-to-date. Users are not allowed to register accounts with false information.
2.3 account security
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts, including but not limited to the confidentiality of user names and passwords. Users should immediately notify Daily Reel of any unauthorized account usage.
3. Service usage rules

Users must use the Daily Reel service legally and not for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. Users shall not upload, publish or disseminate any content that infringes on the intellectual property, privacy or other lawful rights and interests of others.
3.2 content restrictions
Users are not allowed to upload or post the following:
Content that violates laws and regulations
Content that infringes on intellectual property rights of others
Containing violent, pornographic, discriminatory or other inappropriate content
Advertising or commercial content (unless expressly permitted by the Daily Reel)
3.3 service restrictions
Users are prohibited from:
Disrupt or interfere with the normal operation of the Daily Reel
Access or use services using automation tools or scripts
Unauthorized access to or use of accounts or content of other users
4. Intellectual Property Rights
4.1 intellectual property rights of Daily Reel
Daily Reel and all associated software, documents, content and materials are the exclusive property of Daily Reel or its licensor and are protected by international copyright law and other Intellectual Property Law laws.
4.2 user content
Users have intellectual property rights over the content they upload, publish or disseminate. Daily Reel is granted a limited, non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and promote user content in the service.
5. Limitation of liability
5.1 interruption of services
The Daily Reel does not guarantee continuity of service, no interruptions, or no errors. The user agrees that the Daily Reel may be temporarily interrupted for maintenance, upgrade, or other reasons.
5.2 limitation of liability
The Daily Reel shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damage arising out of the use or inability to use the service, unless the damage is caused by wilful act or gross negligence of the Daily Reel.
Change and termination of service

The Daily Reel reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the service at any time, with or without notice to the user. The Daily Reel is not responsible for any loss suffered by the user as a result of service changes.
6.2 termination of accounts
Daily Reel reserves the right to terminate user's account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of the terms and conditions of this agreement.
7. Dispute settlement

The interpretation and application of this agreement shall be governed by the law of the applicable place of issue without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Any dispute in connection with this agreement shall first be settled through friendly negotiation. If negotiations fail, the parties agree to submit to a court of competent jurisdiction proceedings.
